Important Notice Regarding Package Deliveries

Dear Members of the College of Health Science,

This is the College of Health Science Administration Team.

We would like to provide important information regarding package deliveries to the College.

Recently, there have been frequent cases in which delivery companies leave packages unattended at the basement-level entrance area instead of delivering them to the designated room or office. As a result, complaints regarding lost packages and the deterioration of the building environment have continued to increase. We kindly ask for your cooperation in addressing this issue.

Please carefully review the following guidelines:

Package Delivery Guidelines

1. Avoid Personal Deliveries to Campus

Please refrain from having personal items delivered to the university whenever possible.

2. Weekend and Early-Morning Deliveries

Please avoid scheduling weekend or early-morning deliveries whenever possible. If delivery to campus is unavoidable, kindly check the delivery notification message on the day of arrival and pick up the package immediately.

3. Include Specific Delivery Instructions

When placing an order, please include the following note in the delivery instructions:

"Please deliver directly to the designated room/office due to the risk of package loss."

4. "Leave at Door" Delivery Option

Please note that selecting the "Leave at Door" delivery option often results in packages being left at the basement-level entrance rather than at the intended destination.

5. Building Access Hours

For your reference, the entrance on Basement Level 1 (B1) of Hana Science Hall is open during the following hours:

  • Weekdays: 06:00 – 23:00

  • Weekends and Public Holidays: Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Please share this notice with all members of your laboratory or research group.

We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a safe, organized, and pleasant educational environment.

Thank you.
