Information on Degree Certificate Distribution for Graduates of the 2024 Academic Year (Spring Semester)
1. Distribution Date and Time
February 25, 2025 (Tue), 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
2. Distribution Locations

3. Return of Academic Gown
Students must obtain confirmation of gown return on their Academic Gown Rental Confirmation Form.
Degree certificates will not be issued to students who have not returned their academic gowns.
4. Degree Certificate Distribution After February 25
After February 25, degree certificates may be collected from the:
College of Health Science Administration Team
(Room 153, Building B, Hana Science Hall)
Academic Records Officer
5. Collection by Proxy
Degree certificates should, in principle, be collected by the graduate in person.
If collected by a representative, the following documents are required:
- Letter of Authorization (see attached form)
- Copy of the graduate's identification card
- Identification of the authorized representative
